Usability. Most often we implement the system based on its features and functions, but less for its usability – if the system is useful or not. In this case it is not, regardless home much and how sophisticated features and functions it offers.
Portal Integration. An organization has to implements many systems for various reasons. We always talk about system integration, but we do not emphasize on portal integration. One should not have to hoop around system to system to do his job. Portal integration can improve the usability and in turn it provides better satisfaction.
